05 wanted accused arrested from different police station areas

Lucknow: On date 10/11-05-2023  at night police station Dubagga 01, Madeyganj 01, Mahanagar 01, Gomtinagar extension 02 accused were arrested, in this way total 05 accused were arrested.

In action led by DCP West, procedings were initiated under  Goonda Act. The action was taken under the jurisdiction of Police Station Rahimabad. On 10.05.2023, Inspector-in-Charge Akhtyar Ahmed Ansari Police Station Rahimabad caught accused 01- Brijendra Pratap Singh alias Yadavraj s/o Baratilal Yadav resident of Village Surgaula Police Station Rahimabad district Lucknow. The cops acted under Section 3(1) of UP Gunda Act.

In another action by the Lucknow Police Commissionerate, DCP North proceedings were initiated under Section 110G D.P.No.
Police Station Sairpur.  In action under Inspector-in-charge  Sunil Kumar Tiwari, Police Station Sairpur, accused 01- Diwakar alias Chhotu’s son Parmeshwar, resident of village Dhobaila police station Sairpur, Lucknow 02-Sanjit Rawat’s son Ramdas, resident of village Duggaur Baurumau police station Sairpur, Lucknow 03- Shrikant Pandey S/o late Shivnath Pandey, resident of Duggaur PS, Sairpur, Lucknow 04-Dilip Kumar, S/o Bhikha Lal, R/o Village Dhobaila, PS, Sairpur, Lucknow 07- Action was taken against Ranjit Yadav’s son Ram Dulare Yadav, resident of Ahladpur police station, Sairpur, Lucknow, at Sairpur police station  saw action under section 110G.

Under the watch of DCP Southern and arrest was made with confiscation of illegal liquor.

On 10-05-2023,  Vijay Chandra Dwivedi Police Station Banthara, accused saw action from the Humrahi Force, 01- Mukesh son Ramdhar, 02- Shubham Rajput son Vijay Kumar Rajput residents of Ramsaura police station Banthara district Lucknow, during patrolling at Ramsaura Gadhi challenge the arrest was made at  Road police station Banthara  from whose possession 10-10 liters of illegal toddy was recovered respectively and charges were registered at police station Banthara.

Under Police Station Vikasnagar it was told by Police Station Vikasnagar that Vadini  Seema Agnihotri wife Manoj Agnihotri Resident – 408 Badal Apartment Police Station Vikasnagar Lucknow informed at Police Station Vikasnagar that on 10.05.2023 at 09.00 am complainant came out of the house to get milk that two men met on the way, they stopped complainant and said that incident at your home It has happened and said that your son is in trouble. Both those men told the complainant to bring all the metal and money. The complainant went eighty steps and turned back and saw that both had fled from there. The person ran to the said place shouting and searched for them, but both the unknown persons took away all the money and jewellery. On this information, necessary legal action is being taken by registering the case under Section 420 Bhadvi at police station Vikas Nagar.
Police Station Madeyganj – On 11.05.2023, it was told by Police Station Madeyganj that the plaintiff  Arif s/o Ahmed, resident of village.

Shivni Post Kharonj Police Station Kurara District Hamirpur Police Station Madeyganj informed that the plaintiff married his sister Husna Bano on 04.01.14.2021 Gulsher’s son Mustaq resident – Guhalla Chaipula Shahganj Police Station Kotwali Sadar District Jalaun by giving more dowry than his status according to Muslim customs.

Gulsher, the husband of the plaintiff’s sister, lives in a rented house in Badshah ji’s Bagh Mohan meeting station, Madeyganj, Lucknow in connection with his work.

Gulsher used to demand motorcycle and money from the sister of the plaintiff on the above mentioned days. The sister of the plaintiff used to tell the mother of the plaintiff that Gulsher used to torture her for demanding dowry.

About a week ago, Gulsher had brought Husna Bano, sister of the plaintiff, from Hamirpur to Lucknow. On 10.05.2023, Husna Bano, the sister of the plaintiff, called up the elder sister of the plaintiff, Nazni Bano, at about 11.00 a.m. and told that Gulsher had beaten up the sister of the plaintiff and was threatening to transfer Rs.5000/- to her account. On 10.05.2023 at around 01.30 a.m. Sabir, brother of the plaintiff’s uncle, received a call from Waris, the elder brother of the plaintiff, that Husna Bano had died after falling from the terrace.

The plaintiff suspects that the sister of the plaintiff has been killed for dowry. On this information, necessary statutory action is being taken by registering FIR No. 042/2023 Section 498A / 304 IPC and 3/4 DP Act vs. Gulsher (husband) at Police Station Madeyganj.
