16 IAS officers transferred, Manoj becomes APC , Rajesh Singh and Rajneesh Dubey get posts of lesser importance
Lucknow: The state government changed the responsibilities of 16 senior IAS officers late on Sunday evening. While Manoj Kumar Singh became the Agriculture Production Commissioner leaving behind several senior officers, IIDC Sanjeev Mittal has been made the Chairman of the Revenue Council. Principal Secretary, Transport Rajesh Kumar Singh to Horticulture and Food Processing Department and Additional Chief Secretary Urban Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation Program Department and State Mission Director Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) Dr. Rajneesh Dubey to Milk Development, Fisheries, Livestock and Coordination The Department and Project Coordinator, DASPS, Lucknow have been transferred to the posts considered to be of lesser importance.
Principal Secretary, Public Works Department Nitin Ramesh Gokarn has been posted as Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department. Principal Secretary Vocational Education and Technical Education Amrit Abhijat has been posted as Principal Secretary, Urban Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation Program Department and State Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development, Urban Employment, and Poverty Alleviation Program Department and State Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) Dr. Rajneesh Dubey has been posted as Milk Development, Fisheries, Livestock and Coordination Department and Project Coordinator Dasp Lucknow.
It was decided to transfer the charge of Housing and Urban Planning Department from Principal Secretary Housing and Urban Planning and Basic Education Department Deepak Kumar to the post of Principal Secretary Basic Education Department. Additional Chief Secretary State Tax Department, Chairman State Vigilance Commission and Administrative Tribunal II, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner Sanjeev Kumar Mittal has been transferred to the post of Revenue Council. Along with this, he has also been given additional charge of the post of Chairman State Vigilance Commission and Administrative Tribunal and Administrative Tribunal II.
Additional Chief Secretary Finance and Financial Commissioner, Institutional Finance and Externally Aided Projects and Additional Chief Secretary Women Welfare Department and Child Development and Nutrition Department and Director General State Nutrition Mission, Women Welfare and Child Development and Nutrition Department and Director General and State Nutrition Mission. Removing the charge, the Finance Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary have been posted originally on the post of Finance, Institutional Finance and External Aided Projects Department.

UP Administration and Management Academy, Lucknow and Director General Deen Dayal Upadhyay State Rural Development Institute L Venkateshwar have been given the important responsibility of Principal Secretary, Transport Department.
Neena Sharma, Secretary, Department of Infrastructure and Industrial Development and CEO of Invest UP, has been transferred to the post of UP Academy of Administration and Management, Lucknow. Principal Secretary Milk Development Department, Fisheries Department, Coordination Department, Livestock Department and Project Coordinator Dasp Sudhir Garg have been made Principal Secretary Revenue.
Principal Secretary Higher Education Subhash Chand Sharma has got the Department of Technical Education and Vocational Education and Skill Development. Meerut Commissioner Surendra Singh has also been given additional charge of Greater Noida KCEO. Greater Noida CEO Narendra Bhushan has been made the Principal Secretary, Public Works Department. Additional Chief Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development, IT and Electronics, NRI Department Arvind Kumar has been given additional charge of these departments. His original posting has been made the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner (IIDC). Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Revenue Department Manoj Kumar Singh have also been made Agriculture Production Commissioner.
