2 Burglars notorious for stealing battery from parked Chhota Haathi caught
Lucknow: Under the direction of top police officials of the Lucknow Police Commissionerate, Police station Saadatganjnabbed two hailing from Thakurganj Lucknow and Bibiganj Saadatganj Lucknow area as per rules, from whose possession a stolen vehicle battery was recovered. Legal action is being taken by presenting the above arrested accused before the Court.
Reportedly on the night of 29.04.2023, an application was submitted by the plaintiff Santosh Kumar, son of Krishna Kumar, resident of 368 / 98G, Lakdmandi, Saadatganj, Lucknow, that my vehicle Tata Ace Chhota Hathi vehicle no. 32 DN2179 batteries have been stolen.
On the basis of the application of the plaintiff, complaint. No.81/2023 under Section 379 of the IPC was registered against an unknown person at Police Station Saadatganj.
A team was formed by Saadatanj police station to recover the said stolen battery and search for the unknown thief.
Tasting success, the police team constituted by Thana Saadatganj searched for an unknown thief, then it was told by the informer that the battery thief whom you are looking for is currently standing near the black gate in Jhabbaro near Lakdmandi. If you hurry, you can catch him.
On the information of the informer, the thief Tavzil Khan son of Vakil Khan, from the area under Aman Vihar Police Station, Thakurganj, Lucknow was arrested. The thief said that me and my brother-in-law Shahid Ali s/o Sajid from Bibiganj Saadatganj Lucknow were in need of money, due to which both together had stolen the battery from a Chhota Hathi parked at Lakdmandi, which is currently at his brother-in-law Shahid Ali’s house. It was parked only to be sold. Arrested Tavzil Khan, his co-accused Shahid Ali s/o Sajid Ali, have been booked under various relevant sections of the IPC. The missing objects have been recovered from his house, from whose possession the above stolen battery of red color, on which LIVGUARD company’s logo model No. ZP38B20R B Battery marked No. 0AMUCAJRA24564BC, has been recovered.
The apprehended accused were taken into custody by the police after informing the above under Section 379/411 IPC. They have also been given information about what they have done wrong.
