ACS Navneet Sehgal orders easing of processes for entrepreneurs

Lucknow: Additional Chief Secretary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Dr. Navneet Sehgal has given instructions to the departmental officers to solve the problems of entrepreneurs and traders at the local level on priority basis.

It has been directed that comprehensive representation of all  industrial and business organizations of the district must be made in the meetings of the District Udyog Bandhu Committee, so that maximum number of cases can be resolved at the local level.

He said he expects all the district magistrates of the state to organize meetings of Udyog Bandhu Committee regularly, taking personal interest and ensure that the problems of entrepreneurs and traders are resolved promptly. The Additional Chief Secretary informed that Udyog Bandhu Committee has been constituted at the district and divisional level to solve the problems of the entrepreneurs and traders at the local level. In case the problems of the entrepreneurs are not resolved at the district level, their problems are also being resolved through the Mandalya Udyog Bandhu Samiti.

But in some districts, regular meetings of the District Industries Bandhu Committee are not being convened, due to which the problems of entrepreneurs and traders are not being resolved at the local level. In such a situation, entrepreneurs are trying to get their problems resolved by directly contacting the government.
