3 allegedly involved in the murder of a teenager nabbed by Para police team.

Shiradkar, a team which included Deputy Commissioner of Police, West, Rahul Raj along with Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, West, Chiranjeev Nath Sinha, Assistant Police Commissioner, Kakori, Dilip Kumar Singh and Inspector-in-Charge, Srikant Rai, a case was filed under section 302/201/34 of the IPC by Prakash Mishra against wanted accused at Police Station Para, Lucknow

Rajendra Rawat S/o Bhaiyyalal R/o Rajabagh Ghol Saraiya Police Station Ajgain District Unnao, Hall Address
Under the Alamnagar bridge, police station Talkatora, district Lucknow, age about 26 years, and 3. Raju Yadav, son of Kalicharan Yadav resident Vanshigarhi, Yadav Kheda Police Station Malihabad District Lucknow, Hall Address- Village Narauna Police Station Kakori District Lucknow Age about 36 years were arrested.
Legal action is being taken against the arrested accused.
Reportedly on 14.05.2023, people of village Khushhalganj saw a dead body hanging on a mango tree and informed the police. On information, police station Para immediately reached the spot and the dead body was removed from the tree. In this regard Indal Yadav s/o Babu Lal resident of village Khushhalganj police station Para, district Lucknow informed the police station Para Lucknow that his 13 year old son Indrajit alias Kallu was murdered by Romeo, Raju Yadav and Rajendra Rawat and the dead body was hanged on a tree. After the registration of the case, Inspector in-charge Srikant Rai formed a team and searched various places for the arrest of the accused.
On 15.05.2023, Shrikant Rai and the police team, nabbed the accused who were co conspirators in the incident. On interrogation of the accused, it was told that he was doing the work of building a house near Roshan Lal Ki Bagh in village Khushhalganj, where Rs 1000 had fallen from the pocket of the accused Romeo, which two boys were suspected to have taken. The boys were caught and interrogated, out of which a small child ran away, and the other boy, whose age was about 13 years, during interrogation, accused Raju Yadav strangulated the child, due to which the child fell unconscious, the accused in order to mislead the public and the police in his defense, he took a rubber rope from the plot and hanged it on a nearby mango tree by hanging it, and put the boy’s cap on the branch of the tree and slippers were attached to his feet, so that it seemed that the boy had hanged himself.
