Lucknow: State’s Law Minister Brajesh Pathak has been working for the notary advocate in the state for the last 3 years. He was constantly trying to increase the posts. For this he repeatedly invoked the Central Law, meeting the minister and high officials of the Ministry of Law, presented the state’s side and the notaries.
Apprised about the difficulties arising due to lesser posts. under his guidance, the Department of Justice also continued to correspond with the Government of India. Brajesh Pathak personally with the help of Central and State level Department of Justice headed by the Union Law Minister organized a meeting with the officials. With all these efforts of Pathak, finally some light is visible at the end of the tunnel.
The government has agreed and allotted 5000 additional posts of notaries to Uttar Pradesh. Half of these posts are state government and half to be filled by the Central Government.
Till now there were only 2625 posts of notaries in a state like Uttar Pradesh, due to which the litigants and the general public have to face all kinds of legal difficulties.
Last 03 years ago when the case came in front of the State Law Minister Brajesh Pathak, he started trying to solve this problem from the same day. By frequent meetings and meetings with the Union Law Minister and the Ministry of Justice himself and through his departmental officers before the higher officials of the Government of India he continued to support the government in the cause. The result of which has been that the Government of India has agreed to the demand.
This will not only broaden the scope for waiting lawyers, the difficulties being faced by the general public and litigants will also be reduced.
In addition, there is a long-standing shortage of notary advocates in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
This will also be reduced because with the state being the largest population in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
A large number of new courts have also been set up. New judge posts have also been created. New tehsils have also increased in large numbers along with creation of new posts
610 Posts in Civil Judge Junior Division, 100 Posts in Civil Judge Senior Division, 100 Posts Additional Sessions Judge level, 110 new family courts, 218 new fast track POCSO Courts, 100 courts fast track for women, 13 new commercial courts and in all districts.
A Motor Accident Tribunal was established. in which there is a considerable shortage of notary advocates.
According to a study, advocates are to be appointed, they have to get at least 30 thousand
Monthly profit. It will indirectly provide employment opportunities for 5 thousand additional assistants.
The Law Minister held a meeting of officers of the Justice Department in his office room. Calling them and directed them that the process of recruitment on the posts allotted by the Government of India should be done immediately.
