65 companies participated in the employment fair of ITI Lucknow, 2173 people were selected by participating
Lucknow: Following the Covid-19 guidelines, Government Industrial Training Institute Aliganj, Lucknow and Regional Employment Office, Lucknow, for ITI passed, diploma holders, and trainees who have received training from high school, intermediate pass and graduation and skill development from various trades. 65 companies participated.
The employment fair was inaugurated by Neeraj Bora, MLA, North Lucknow and efforts are being made by the government to provide employment to the people under the Chief Minister’s Mission Rozgar Yojana. Addressing the employment fair, Shri RN Tripathi, Nodal Principal said that Hon’ble Chief Minister thanks the special efforts of the Director of the department, Shri Harikesh Chaurasia ji for providing employment to the people under the Mission Rozgar Yojana and the employment fairs are organized in this institute. Training Counseling and Placement Officer M.A. Khan informed that about 5000 trainees participated in the employment fair in which 2173 candidates were selected after interview by the companies. Motivated to participate in the mega employment fair in the coming month.
To make the job fair a success, all the principals, work directors, instructors, employees of clerical department, store assistants and store attendants and apprentices of stewards and ITI and employees kept on honorarium made a special contribution.
