80 stunt bikers face challan as they unleash chaos outside Sheroes hangout
Lucknow: In the Gomtinagar Kotwali area, the police carried out a massive crackdown on stunt bikers who were doing stunts in front of Sheroes hangout, near Gate No. 2 of Ambedkar Park. Police cut challans against 80 bikers outright doing dangerous stunts on the open road.
Giving information about the matter, ADCP East Syed Ali Abbas said that Joint Commissioner of Police (JCP) Law and Order Piyush Mordia had received information that many youths were doing bike stunts on the road in front of Sheroes Hangout. Immediately on the orders of JCP, the police team reached the spot and found that dozens of youths were doing stunts on the road with bikes. A crowd of more than 200 people had also gathered to see them. The youths started running as soon as the police arrived. The police chased and caught everyone. Challan action was taken against 80 bikers doing stunts.
According to JCP, Law and Order Piyush Mordia, it was reported that many youths were doing stunts on bikes during the morning walk in front of Sheroes. Due to which there could be an unpleasant incident with the morning walkers. Immediate action has been taken against 80 bikers by sending a police team. The campaign against bike stunting will continue say the police officials.
