A Sunday well spent for Sarojini Nagar MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh

Lucknow: Determined to make Sarojini Nagar a model assembly, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh regularly organizes public interaction camps in one or the other village of his assembly constituency and directly connects with the public.

Dr. Rajeshwar Singh organized the third public connect camp of the month of January on Sunday under the ‘Aapka Vidhayak, Aapke Dwar’ program organized in the memory of late Tara Singh. A public connect camp was organized at village Dona post Kakori from 11 am.

A total of more than 150 complaints were heard in the public hearing camp. Many problems including 71 housing, 28 ration, 11 pension, 11 hand pumps, 5 toilets, 5 Kisan Samman Nidhi, 4 roads, 4 sewing machines, 4 tricycles, 3 electricity, 1 drain, 1 solar light were heard and all the problems were resolved. An early solution was assured.

During this, 2 meritorious girl students and 2 meritorious boys of village Dona were also honored under the ‘Pride of Village’ programme. Meritorious students Shiva Gautam, Subhash Maurya and girl students Muskan Prajapati, Rani Yadav, who got the highest marks in the intermediate examination, were honored with cycles and certificates. After that, the New Year calendar was also distributed door-to-door to the villagers.

Dona Premier League was organized with the aim of connecting the youth with sports and providing maximum opportunities to the players and honoring them. There was a cricket match between village Dona and village Sahilamau. Dona’s team was victorious in this match. Dr. Rajeshwar Singh awarded cash prize money to the winning team. New year calendar was also given to all the players and spectators present in the ground.

Dr. Rajeshwar Singh is always ready to encourage and guide the youth. They keep trying to provide every facility and resource to the youth. In the past, Mansi Chauhan, a resident of Gram Sabha Harauni, had demanded a volleyball from the MLA. Dr. Rajeshwar Singh provided volleyball and net to Mansi Chauhan on Sunday. Mansi Chauhan expressed gratitude to the MLA.

Dr Singh listened to the 97th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’. All the members of Team Rajeshwar along with the rural people of Sarojini Nagar, students of the school listened to the views of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Village head Kamlesh Kumar, Mandal General Secretary Manish Trivedi, Ramnaresh Rajput, Shobhit Singh, Jagannath, Surendra Lodhi and many other members and local people were present in the programs organized in Dona village of Sarojininagar.
