AAP has set the benchmark very high in reforming education – Vinay Patel

Lucknow: State President of Aam Aadmi Party Panchayat Cell, Vinay Patel, while holding a press conference, raised questions on the education system of UP and said that after 75 years of independence, only because of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the political outlook of the country has changed because the level of education which has been given by Kejriwal has made an amendment and placed it in front of the public, it is commendable.

Today the countrymen feel proud to see the education model presented by the Aam Aadmi Party. Attacking the BJP, Vinay Patel said that on September 5, the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi said that 14500 government schools will be made grand and luxurious on the lines of convent, but the question is that on February 1, 2021, the Finance Minister inside the House said that 15000 government schools will be made like convents under the new economic policy, so can the people of BJP present factual data in today’s date that how many government schools they have turned into convents in a period of one and a half year so far?  Vinay Patel said that the truth is that till date BJP has not done anything in the field of education and such speeches are written only in the form of headline in newspapers so that BJP can grab headlines.

Vinay Patel said that ever since the Aam Aadmi Party has made new records by taking positive steps in the education and health sector, then the BJP people who used to raise only religious issues and did Hindu-Muslim were in government schools from Ahmedabad to Maharashtra. Vinay Patel said that MP Sanjay Singh had started the Selfie with Government School campaign on September 5, in which today, on the fifth day, the footage of thousands of schools has come to us, whose condition is very bad and dilapidated.

Thanking the people of Uttar Pradesh, he said that children, parents, teachers, common citizens all participated enthusiastically in this campaign and made us aware of the schools of their respective areas and their condition. He told that just a day ago a woman entered the Kasturba Gandhi Residential School in Shahjahanpur where a school teacher called the police and threatened that I am from BJP and will not let you visit the school. Vinay Patel questioned the BJP and said that why no one can go to the poor government school of Uttar Pradesh when that school is built with the tax money given by the public and why are you not using that tax money in the dilapidated schools to improve. Vinay Patel said that 1 year ago a journalist was sent to jail in Jaunpur only because he tried to make people aware of the condition of government schools there, the only issue was that he had shown that mid-day meal, salt roti is being given to children in government schools.

He also told that in Ballia government schools, girls are made toilets cleaned. Vinay Patel told that a sad information has been received that Kaushal Kumar Chauhan, who is a resident of Bijnor, has committed suicide by jumping in front of the train after getting fed up with the matter of Shikshamitra post and being unhappy with the policies of the government. For the last 10 years, Shikshamitra was fighting for his rights, in which Kaushal Chauhan lost his life today. After all, what does this government want? Sometimes this government employs teachers to make voter ID cards and sometimes makes them stand in line on the road to rain flowers on the kanwariyas.
