Adani Media Initiatives and Dailyhunt launch #StoryForGlory contest to find talented journalists and storytellers
Applications are invited for a nationwide talent hunt to find content creators and storytellers on multiple topics
New Delhi: Dailyhunt, the largest content platform in Indian languages, and Adani Media Initiatives, a platform backed by leading corporate conglomerate, Adani Group, has launched a nationwide talent hunt program #StoryForGlory. With an aim to find India’s next big storyteller in news, entertainment and informational content, the four-month long program kicked off on 2 May 2022.
Under this, participants, video and written – in these two categories, a short video of two minutes on topics like news and current affairs, business and economy, science and technology, lifestyle, art and culture or an article in Hindi or English in 500 words, 28 Can be submitted by May 2022. Currently this contest has been started in 2 languages, and other languages will also be included in its upcoming editions.
#StoryForGlory has been launched with the aim of identifying a talent pool and ultimately fostering a talented content creator pool and storytellers of the future.
A jury will select 20 content storytellers from the video and written categories to participate in an eight-week fellowship. These winners will be given training to hone their skills, their storytelling and content creation abilities. They will undergo a two-week learning course with MICA, a leading media organization, and six weeks of live projects and mentorship with media publishing organizations. These storytellers will compete in the final round where they will present their live projects and will be assessed on the nuances of their storytelling, content and journalism developed during the event. The top 12 content storytellers will be selected and awarded with cash prizes (and possibly placement opportunities).

Anyone can apply for the #StoryForGlory contest. By registering on our website storyforglory.in, you can apply in both written and video category in English and Hindi. Applicants can choose their theme or themes. Any content that has news, current affairs, information and knowledge at its core is welcome.
