“Adieu” Farewell celebrations at Jaipuria Lucknow for budding managers
Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow celebrated the farewell ceremony “Adieu” for the PGDM batch 2021-23. The event started with the address by Dr.Kavita Pathak, Director – Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Dr. Pathak wished the graduating class all the best for their future endeavors and expressed confidence in their ability to succeed in whatever they choose to do. She encouraged the graduating class to use their knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in their respective fields and to pursue their dreams with passion and commitment.
The farewell ceremony was then followed by a musical skit, ramp walk, and various dance performances, followed by awards and announcements of Mr. and Ms. Jaipuria. The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony and a DJ night.
“Today is the day I say goodbye to Jaipuria Lucknow, and I have to admit it feels bittersweet. On the one hand, I’m excited about the next chapter of my life, but on the other hand, I’m going to miss all the amazing people I’ve met and the experiences I’ve had here. It’s been one heck of a ride, full of challenges and triumphs. But looking back, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I’ve learned so much during my time at Jaipuria, not just academically but also in terms of personal growth and development. I’m grateful for all the friendships, memories, and life lessons that I’ve gained along the way. It’s hard to say goodbye, but I’m excited to see where my journey takes me next”, said Shikhar Khanna, PGDM second-year student.
“I never imagined that I would grow so much in two years. Jaipuria Lucknow provided me with immense knowledge, confidence, and amazing friendships. Today, as we bid farewell, I am excited to celebrate our achievements and the upcoming opportunities that life has to offer”, said Vaishnavi Tandon, PGDM second-year student.
“Today marks the end of a journey that was memorable, full of challenges and opportunities, and one that I will never forget. Jaipuria Lucknow gave me direction, meaning, and purpose, and a family that has made farewell more emotional than ever. I am excited and hopeful for what lies ahead”, said Gunjan Verma, PGDM second-year student.
“I am filled with joy for the past two years which went by so fast at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Today, as we bid farewell, I feel proud of my growth, accomplishments, and friendships that I will cherish forever. I am immensely grateful for this experience”, said Srijan Sagar Srivastava, PGDM second-year student.
“It’s very emotional; mixed feelings. It feels like I joined the institute yesterday, and suddenly it’s coming to an end. Friends became family, and realizing everyone will go in different directions makes me more emotional. Will miss the whole campus including the faculties and staff”, said Srinath S, PGDM second-year student.
“Goodbyes are not forever; Goodbyes are not the end. It is just the beginning of another end. Words may short fall of to express how I would feel on my last day of college. It seems like a bittersweet day. I can imagine feeling a mix of emotions – excitement about graduating and looking forward to new opportunities, but also a sense of sadness about leaving behind the friends, memories, and experiences I’ve made in Jaipuria. It’s a day for reflection and nostalgia, thinking back on how far I’ve come both academically and personally. Above all, it’s a day to celebrate our achievements and look forward to what the future holds. Cheers to new beginnings!”, said Pragati Bansal, PGDM second-year student.
