All efforts will be made to turn U.P into a 1 trilion dollar economy – Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi

Lucknow: After assuming the responsibility of Industrial Development Department, Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi has made it clear that now the officers and employees will have to change their working style.

Changing the work culture, one has to go ahead and do the work with responsibility and solve the problems of the industry. After becoming a cabinet minister, for the first time in the review meeting of Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) in Kanpur, Minister Nandi made his vision and goal clear. He said that no stone will be left unturned to make Uttar Pradesh a 1 trillion economy state under the leadership of the successful Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh,  Yogi Adityanath.

In the review meeting held in UPSIDA auditorium, Minister Nandi said that the officers and employees will have to change the working style and work culture. He said that the officers should now settle things by going ahead themselves. Lest the industrialist come to the office, complain only then the problem will be solved. It is the responsibility of the officers to come forward themselves and ask them whether there is any problem. Changing work culture has to approach people for help.

Very good greenery should be developed in the industrial units, so that the person coming to the industrial area realizes that where he has come, he has come to a new place. Greenery, the road there, the drainage and sewage system there should be best. Industry does not mean dust, clumps, smoke. Completely change the industry now. We all have to work together to make Uttar Pradesh a 1 trillion dollar economy with a collective effort, in the same way, in a cricket team, bowlers, batsmen and fielders play together for the victory of the entire team.

During the review, if the reply of not getting possession after allotment of land of big 7 projects was not found satisfactory, summoned all the records and warned for future that all the officers should be present in the meeting with detailed and complete information. Available information should be given only after verification. Minister Nandi gave the example of police asking the merchants automatically in Mau district and called for developing a new work culture by UPSIDA by asking applicants and businessmen to solve their problems automatically and adopting a policy of zero tolerance towards bribery, corruption and that In case of violation of the policy, the highest officer of the office was held guilty and said to take action.

Instructions were given to decorate the industrial area with greenery. He said that regional offices would also be inspected in future.
