All women need is a little bit of encouragement: Sanyukta Bhatia

Lucknow: The Reema Memorial Women Warrior Award was organized under the joint auspices of SIMA-SELF, the women’s wing of the Small Industries Manufacturers Association (SIMA) organization and Jaipuria Institute of Management, Gomti Nagar. The program was inaugurated by the special guest Honorable Cabinet Minister MSME Uttar Pradesh  Rakesh Sachan, the builder of Vande Bharat Express,  Sudhanshu Mani and  Mayor of Lucknow, Honorable  Sanyukta Bhatia, who jointly lit the lamp.

The above program rewarded Mayor Samyukta Bhatia the historic first woman mayor for her best work. Lucknow Mayor Samyukta Bhatia, Actress Tulika Banerjee, NGO Operator Varsha Verma, Social Worker Shilpi Chaturvedi, Architect Anita Srivastava, Sarah Fatima from Industry and IT College Principal Dr. Vinita Prakash was awarded the Reema Memorial Women Warrior Award.

President of Small Industries Manufacturers Association  Shailendra Srivastava said in his address that I have considered my wife Reema  as my teacher. She organized the product with his vision. There was a big struggle of four years. Today our company has given new heights. I salute such women power. Today our organization with 200 people has seen a huge vision in Bundelkhand. A cluster has been prepared there. Today, under the Global Investment Summit 2023, an investment of Rs 5 thousand crore has been recommended to the Minister for Bundelkhand towards our company, our organization. While there, he started a scholarship scheme of Rs 11,000 for the upliftment of slum area children from the stage.

On this occasion, Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia said that women are an example of empowerment in themselves, they perform all the tasks outside the house as well as outside. Our government is working in the interest of women. Our government is working vigorously for small scale industries so that new India can be built. Yogi government is standing with you. The children present here are definitely getting to know through the program that so many opportunities are opening up now. I salute Reema ji and women power. Women have always been strong, all that is needed is to encourage them.

Addressing the program,  Minister Rakesh Sachan said that Reema ji’s journey started from a simple background and reached new dimensions. It has been inspiring. You took steps to bear the expenses for the education of all the daughters of the employees of your industry. Today there is a need for women who provide such dignity in the society. Such programs inspire women to move forward.

Minister Mr. Rakesh Sachan said that the path to prosperity of a society runs only through entrepreneurship. The Small Industries Manufacturers Association has put forward a proposal to us for Bundelkhand. On behalf of the government, I assure them that we will cooperate and provide benefits in whatever industry policy our government has. I congratulate and wish SIMA.

Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director of Jaipuria Institute, said that the outline of this program is to promote small scale industries. I thank the state government and government policies, due to which we are getting guidance along with financial help. Dr. Kavita said that the basic objective of this program was to promote the courage and bravery of women entrepreneurs and to start Vision School E-Week.
