Amity University Lucknow campus plays host to Lucknow Super Giants IPL Team jersey launch

Lucknow:- Promoting the Lucknow Super Giants fan culture, Team Lucknow Super Giants launched its IPL Team jersey  at Amity University Lucknow Campus.

Lucknow Super Giants is a franchise cricket team based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow Super Giants franchise formed in 2021, with Dr Sanjeev Goenka as its principal owner.

The team is captained by KL Rahul and coached by Andy Flower with Gautam Gambhir taking up the role of mentor with the team. In its debut season, Lucknow Super Giants qualified for the play-offs.

For this onset of Community Building activity, Lucknow Super Giantsis organized a jersey launche Event with Amity Lucknow Campus. Lucknow Super Giants is a platinum sponsor of Annual mega event Amiphoria 2023 of Amity University Lucknow Campus which is scheduled to be held after the Holi festival.

This event streamed live across the nation. Students of Amity University will also get chance to be part of fan club and work as volunteers during IPL matches.

Deputy Pro VC, Amity University Lucknow Campus, Wing Commander Dr. Anil Kumar Tiwari, Dean Student Welfare Amity Lucknow, Prof. Manju Agrawal and all the heads of departments along their students were present on this occasion.
