Artistic creations from waste a hot hit

Lucknow: With the inspiration of Uttar Pradesh Governor  Anandiben Patel, a two-day “Kabaad Se Jugaad” workshop was organized at Raj Bhavan in collaboration with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, in which AKTU, Bhatkhande University, Lucknow University, Moinuddin Chisti Bhasha Vishwavidyalaya, I.T participated. The women and children residing in the college and Raj Bhavan received training regarding how to use the best material.

During the training, women and children got training like making baskets and other artistic utensils made of old waste paper, painting on clothes. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. Sangeeta Shukla gave detailed information about the various uses of “Kabaad Se Jugaad”.

On this occasion, Ambassadors of 15 countries and Vice Chancellors of various universities along with Governor  Anandiben Patel appreciated the products prepared in the workshop. More than 100 trainees participated in this training workshop.
