Lucknow: Artists celebrated the birth anniversary of Bapu and Shastri in an artistic manner at 1090 crossroads.
On the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, both the personalities were remembered in various forms across the country, some young artists in Lucknow part of the Saprem Sansthan remembered them while performing their artistic performances.
Curator Bhupendra Asthana said that the day of October 2 is very special for India. The country in which personalities like Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri were born. While Gandhi ji connected everyone with his ideas of true non-violence, Shastri ji expanded prosperity in the country with the emotional message of Jai Jawan Jai Kisan. Both will always be remembered for a long time as a good person as well as a good leader of the country.
The personality and thoughts of both the great personalities were remembered by Saprem Sansthan in Lucknow by some young painters with their artistic performances. On this occasion, painter Ashwani Prajapati along with his painter and sculptor companions made pictures and idols at 1090 intersection located in Gomtinagar, Lucknow.
All the artists together made pictures in watercolor, acrylic medium on a 20 feet long paper and wrote messages. Sculptor Dinesh Sonkar made an idol by clay. And Ashwani Prajapati, Amit Rajan Verma, Nutan Kishore, Gyanendra, Shome, Raj, Amit Jaiswal made paintings on paper and canvas.
Asthana said that Ashwani Kumar Prajapati was the main painter of the program in whose combination it was completed. On this occasion, common people and art lovers also registered their presence along with masks, mutual distance as per Covid rules.
