As doctors, remember the role you have towards society – Anandiben Patel

Lucknow: State Governor  Anandiben Patel participated in the first convocation ceremony of Rajshree Medical Research Institute, Bareilly  as the chief guest. Being present as the chief guest, she distributed degrees to 32 distinguished doctors of M.D./M.S. of the postgraduate course of the institute.

On this occasion, she laid the foundation stone of the institute’s proposed ‘Multi Super Specialty Hospital’ with world class medical facilities. The function started with the Jal Bharo program by the Honorable Governor. In the program, she also distributed nutritious food to TB patients on behalf of the institute and also presented reading materials to primary school children.

Addressing the function, the Honorable Governor congratulated the postgraduate MD/MS students for their achievements on the occasion of their first convocation and expressed hope that they will all efficiently discharge their responsibilities towards the society and the country. Regarding the distribution of books to small children, she said that children get inspiration to move ahead in the field of education by coming to such events and being present in proud celebrations.

Addressing the doctors, she said that the aim of all of them is not only financial strength but being a doctor, their responsibility is first of all for the society. She gave her blessings to all the doctors who received degrees.

On this occasion, Chairman of the institute,  Rajendra Aggarwal said that Rajshree Educational Trust established Rajshree Hospital in 2012 to meet the health related needs so that the best health services can be provided to all the residents of Bareilly division. In this sequence, by laying the foundation stone of the super specialty department of this hospital by the Honorable Governor, M.D./M.S. Medical students will be able to get the highest medical education and operations and treatment of cardiology, gastrology, urology, neurology, neuro medicine will be free for the poor people and from 2025, education facilities will be provided as per government standards.

Managing Director of the institute,  Rohan Bansal told about the work being done by Rajshree Educational Trust in the field of education and health.

Academic Advisor of the institute,  Tulika Agarwal said that with the inspiration of the Governor, Rajshree Trust has provided Aganwadi kits to 25 Anganwadi workers, along with providing nutrition and all kinds of treatment facilities to 60 malnourished children, as well as 20 disabled and deaf persons. Adoption has been done with employment and free treatment for the children. She said that Rajshree Trust is a leader in religious and social work along with education.

On this occasion,  MP Santosh Gangwar, Regional MLA Dr. DC Verma, Trust Secretary  Rakesh Kumar Agarwal, COO  Rishabh Bansal  along with all the heads of departments, doctors and officers were present.
