On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, arrangements have been made for Volvo buses and cars for the people of different districts of the state who have returned from Sudan.
Through this, the returned citizens are being taken to their homes in a safe and comfortable manner. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself is monitoring the entire campaign, citizens returning from Sudan are being dropped to their homes in various districts of the state by Volvo buses and cars.

The ongoing conflict between two generals in Sudan has created a huge uproar in the whole country. After this, the Government of India has started evacuating its people from there safely through Operation Kaveri.
So far, more than 2700 citizens of India have been brought back safely in this campaign. At the same time, 391 people from 34 districts of UP, who were still stranded in Sudan, have also been safely taken to their homes. The maximum number of these are residents of Lucknow (67), Deoria (61), Gorakhpur (46), Kushinagar (38), Ballia (33) and Azamgarh (29). Similarly till now Kanpur (11), Basti (9), Ghazipur (15), Varanasi (8), Sultanpur (1), Prayagraj (4), Mau (16), Fatehpur (5), Ambedkar Nagar (3), Mathura ( 1), Ayodhya (2), Muzaffarnagar (5), Ghaziabad (1), Jaunpur (13), Bahraich (1), Gonda (1), Sant Kabir Nagar (1), Siddharthnagar (3), Gautam Budh Nagar (4) People of , Bareilly (3), Pratapgarh (1), Balrampur (1), Meerut (1), Chandauli (2), Mirzapur (1), Maharajganj (1), Baghpat (1) and Bijnor (2) were brought back to their homes safely. have been delivered to homes. People returning from Sudan via Jaunpur, Varanasi, Chandauli, Mirzapur, Azamgarh, Ballia and Mau are being transported by Volvo buses on behalf of the Yogi government. Apart from this, separate Volvo bus service continues for the people of Lucknow, Ayodhya, Basti, Gorakhpur, Maharajganj and Kushinagar. Similarly, separate taxis have been run for Ghaziabad, Meerut, Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar and Bareilly.
It has been told by the Relief Commissioner’s office that some people have also been kept in Quarantine for 10 days under special circumstances due to health reasons. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to keep the help desk active for 24 hours to help the people trapped in Sudan. Along with this, instructions have also been given to the officers for proper arrangement of support team and vehicles.
