Australian delegation discusses investment possibilities in state of Uttar Pradesh
Lucknow: A delegation of Australian investors met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday and discussed the possibilities of investment in various sectors in Uttar Pradesh, as well as expressed enthusiasm for participation in the Global Investors Summit 2023 to be held in the state. An official spokesman said this on Friday.
According to the spokesperson, on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that it is a pleasure that today when a delegation of Uttar Pradesh is discussing the possibilities of investment in Uttar Pradesh with the representatives of the industrial world and investors in Germany, Sarah Storey, Deputy High Commissioner of Australia, A group of industrial investors under the leadership is in the state capital to get a firsthand experience of the industrial environment of Uttar Pradesh.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh is organizing a Global Investors Summit from February 10 to 12, 2023 in Lucknow. This conference will provide a unified platform to the global industrial world to cooperate in economic development. On the occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the state’s 25 crore citizens make it India’s largest labor and consumer market.
He informed that the Uttar Pradesh government is developing infrastructure at a rapid pace to ensure seamless connectivity through air, water, road and rail networks, thereby increasing the accessibility of logistics to enable industries to access global and domestic markets. Apart from this, seven functional and six under-construction expressways in the state will provide seamless connectivity to manufacturing centers across the state. According to the spokesperson, the Chief Minister invited everyone to invest in the state while properly addressing the various queries of the Australian team. Along with this said that the state government has been protecting the business interests of its investors.
