Disadvantages of eating salty with tea

Abdominal cramps-

Acidity problem- Nuts are also added to the brine. Nuts should not be consumed with tea. Drinking tea with namkeen containing dry fruits can cause acidity.

Indigestion problem- Sometimes the salty taste is sour-sweet, which should also not be consumed with tea. Sour things should not be consumed with tea. Consuming sour things with tea causes indigestion and gas formation in the stomach.

Bad effect on digestive system – Avoid consuming turmeric salty with tea. This can damage the digestive system.

Stomach ache- Consuming gram flour namkeen, gram flour sev or mathri with tea can cause stomach ache.
