Before Yoga Day, Yoga instructors of Uttar Pradesh practice Yoga

Lucknow: On the 75th anniversary of Independence Day, under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, before International Yoga Day, general protocol practice training class and Uttar Pradesh state level referee refresher course were organized at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Ansal.

The program, organized under the aegis of Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association, Uttar Pradesh Yoga Association and National Yoga Bharti, District Lucknow Yoga Sports Association, was inaugurated with a very beautiful presentation of DeepYoga by Akash, a national yogasana player.

In the first session of the program, Chief Guest Sudhir Halwasia (State Convenor Economic Cell) and Program President Anil Kumar Damele were the Chief Guests. Acharya  Yash Parashar conducted the Yogasan session. During this, 160 yoga sadhaks from 15 institutions practiced yoga with the guests while doing yoga collectively.

On the occasion of the closing ceremony, Chief Guest Dr. Anandeshwar Pandey (Treasurer Indian Olympic Association and President Uttar Pradesh Yoga Association) distributed the prizes.

During this, the players Arna Om Singh, Shreya Chand and Anrav Damle were honored along with their mothers on the occasion of Mother’s Day by the District Lucknow Yogasan Sports Association. Arna Om Singh won a medal at the International Competition in Dubai. At the same time, Shreya Chand represented Lucknow in the 46th National Yoga Competition.

The Principal of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School,  Poonam Kochti, while encouraging the enthusiasm of all the yoga seekers and wishing them for their bright future, also appreciated the office bearers of Uttar Pradesh Yoga Association.
