Bharatiya Kisan Union calls for immediate action on crop damage due to negligence

Lucknow: District President of Bhartiya Kisan Union (Apolitical) organization Rajesh Rawat and senior officials of the organization along with the team of the organization reached village Ganiyar to see the burnt crops of the farmers due to the negligence of the electricity department.

On this occasion, Regional MLA Amresh Kumar Rawat along with Tehsildar Mohanlal Ganj inspected the burnt crops.

The same farmers have demanded the regional MLA to build a fire brigade in Mohanlalganj.

He says that such accidents have happened many times, due to road jam from PGI, the fire brigade is not able to reach Mohanlalganj on time.

District President Rajesh Rawat has said that if 100 percent payment of farmers’ burnt crops including straw is not done by the administration, then on April 10, under the leadership of Harinam Singh Verma, State President of Indian Farmers Union (Apolitical), the suffering farmers will sit on a dharna/demonstration on the spot.
