Big B gets the golden ticket to witness World Cup in India
New Delhi. Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Secretary Jay Shah has presented the golden ticket of the Cricket World Cup 2023 to Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan. “Had the privilege of awarding our golden ticket to none other than the ‘Superhero of the Century’,” Shah tweeted. He said, “Big B from the film world has unwavering support for the Indian team, which continues to inspire us all. He has joined us for the ICC World Cup 2023, which makes us even more thrilled.”
It is noteworthy that the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 is starting from October 5 and its final match will be held on November 19. The Indian team will play its first match in the World Cup 2023 season on October 8. This match will be played against Australia in Chennai.
