Bio Quiz 2023 brings out the best in scientific minds in LU
Lucknow: Institute of Advanced Molecular Genetics and Infectious Diseases (IAMGID), ONGC Center for Advanced Studies, University of Lucknow organised Bio-Quiz 2023, Inter-College Quiz Competition for Undergraduate Students. It was inaugurated by Prof Rajeev Manohar, Prof. M Seraj uddin, Prof Amita Kanaujia, & Prof Madhurima Lal.
Along with these dignitaries Dr Kalpana Singh and Dr Manisha graced the occasion for Valedictory Session and Prize Distribution.
Aryan Mishra, Ankrita, Akansha Singh, Prakash of University of Lucknow bagged the First Prize. Sri Nath Chaurasiya, Anjali Rai, Archita Yadav also from University of Lucknow Secured second position while Swati Mishra, Prachi Tripathi and Kanchan Bhatt from IT College came Third.
More than 150 students in 21 Teams from different colleges participated in the Competition. Three Exhaustive rounds of Questions were there. many were in Audio Visual as well.
Students also visited state of the Art Laboratories situated in ONGC Center of Advanced Studies. This event was an effort by Prof. Monisha Banerjee of IAMGID, Professor of Zoology in University of Lucknow to connect students of Different colleges to Advanced Studies and Research Center situated in Main Campus.
