BJP all set to take campaign plunge from mid May as 2024 nears
Lucknow: After the results of the municipal elections in Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party has now started preparations for the Lok Sabha elections to be held in 2024. The BJP has set a target of winning all the 80 Lok Sabha seats in the state. For which the party has already started working. In view of this, on the occasion of completion of nine years tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi government 2.0, BJP will organize programs across the state for a month. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold election rallies in the country, out of which there is a plan to hold three rallies in Uttar Pradesh.
From May 15 to June 15, PM Modi will connect with the public regarding the achievements of the government. BJP leaders will contact the people of the qualified class from the state to the district level and tell about the changes in the Modi government. Five different programs will be organized at the Lok Sabha level and four at the Vidhansabha level. Area and District Working Committee meetings will be organized till May 25.
All MLAs and MPs will also be included in the working committee. State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary and General Secretary Organization Dharampal Singh have informed about this in the virtual meeting of the state office bearers of the party on Sunday evening.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold around 20 rallies across the country in June. There is a plan to hold one rally each of PM Modi in Awadh, Kashi, West, Kanpur, Braj and Gorakhpur regions in UP. If time is not available for six rallies, three rallies will be organized by holding a joint rally of two areas each.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, BJP National President JP Nadda will also hold rallies. International Yoga Day will be celebrated on 21 June. On June 23, the death anniversary of Syama Prasad Mukherjee, the founder of Jana Sangh, will be celebrated as Martyr’s Day. This campaign will conclude on June 25 with PM Modi’s Mann Ki Baat programme.
