BJP in the firing line of Opposition parties as election season kicks in

Lucknow: Now only one and a half weeks are left for the first phase of voting for the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. In such a situation, all the parties are leaving no chance to attack each other. Now Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has targeted Akhilesh Yadav fiercely. He said that Akhilesh Yadav had done only the work of cheating Uttar Pradesh in his government. He said at that time, mafia and criminals were in power in UP. He said that our government talks about sugarcane and Akhilesh only talks about Jinnah. Keshav Prasad Maurya posted on social media platform Koo App.

National Spokesperson of the Peace Party E. Shadab Chauhan posted on the social media app Koo and said that we want to contest elections on education, health, employment, farmers, women’s security and political participation of the oppressed class, but by drowning in the love of  Jinnah and Pakistan, only talking about them. He said if BJP wins, celebrations will be held in Pakistan, the star campaigner of BJP is the same.

The Election Commission announced the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh on 8 January. Voting for the 403-seat 18th Assembly elections will be held in seven phases from February 10 to March 7. The election results will be out on March 10. In UP, polling will be held in seven phases on February 10, February 14, February 20, February 23, February 27, March 3 and March 7. In the first phase on February 10, 58 seats in 11 districts of West UP, second phase on February 14 in 55 seats in 9 districts, 16 in third phase on February 20.

Polling will be held in 59 seats of the districts. In the fourth phase, polling will be held on February 23 in 60 seats in 9 districts including Lucknow. In the fifth phase, on February 27, 60 seats in 11 districts, in the sixth phase on March 3, 57 seats in 10 districts, and in the seventh and final phase, on March 7, 54 seats in 9 districts will go to polls.
