Lucknow: With the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh turning 100 years old in 2024 – 25, it has been planned that branches of the RSS will be opened in 26 districts of Awadh Prant by that year. Meanwhile from April 13 to July 24, the Sangh will start a campaign which will be aimed at improving the fertility of the land. This information was given a member of the Sangh, Sunil Khare at a press conference held at the World Dialogue Center on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that 488 delegates from all over the country attended the meeting of the National Representative Assembly of the Union in Bangalore recently. He has confirmed that 850 delegates attended the meeting virtually. The idea was to discuss in detail, how best to overcome shortage of essential nutrients in the land, the Sangh will encourage people to take up organic farming by undertaking the land nutrition campaign.
On April 13, the volunteers will worship the land and make the society aware of organic farming. Farmers will also be encouraged for zero budget farming.
The Convenor of the Awadh Prant Prashant Shukla said that the Awadh province of the union consists of 26 districts. Out of these 1819 Mandal (Nyaya Panchayat) areas, Sangh branches are being set up in 1065 places. By the centenary year, the goal is to start a branch at every village in every mandal.
He said that the first resolution ‘Representation of Shri Ram Temple is a manifestation of the inherent power of India’ was passed in the meeting of the House of Representatives.
During the second proposal on COVID – 19, the House of Representatives hailed people for the active role played by each class keeping in mind the coordinated and overall efforts of the society. Present on the occasion was Ashok Dubey, the Promotion Head of the Union Province, Diwakar Awasthi, the Head of the Provinces of the Union.
