Cadet Bhavini Bahuguna of 63 UP BN NCC, University of Lucknow got selected to represent India at St. Petersburg, Russia
Lucknow: Cadet Bhavini Bahuguna, a Senior Under Officer with the 63 UP BN NCC at the University of Lucknow, has earned the privilege of representing India in St. Petersburg, Russia. She has been selected to participate in the Youth Exchange Programme for 2023-24, representing the Uttar Pradesh Directorate. Her journey to this prestigious opportunity began during her participation in the Republic Day Camp 2023, where she excelled in the YEP competitions and secured her place.
Her achievement has garnered the blessings and support of Prof Alok Kumar Rai, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of the University of Lucknow. He gives his congratulations and good wishes to her.
Additionally, she has benefited from the invaluable guidance of Colonel Harsh Kumar Jha, SM (Commanding Officer, 63 UP BN), and Lieutenant Colonel Rakesh Tiwari (Administrative Officer, 63 UP BN). Cadet Bhavini is under the tutelage of Major Kiran Lata Dangwal, the Associate NCC Officer (ANO), who continually inspires and motivates her.
From September 23rd to October 4th, 2023, Cadet Bhavini Bahuguna will serve as a Youth Ambassador representing India during her visit to Russia, fostering a rich cultural exchange between the two nations.
