Centre calls All Party Meeting on Dec 6, ahead of Winter Session of Parliament

New Delhi: The central government has called an all-party meeting on December 6, a day before the start of the winter session of Parliament. On behalf of the government, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi has invited all the parties for the all-party meeting on 6th December. Leaders of parliamentary parties of all political parties in both the Houses of Parliament – ​​Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha – have been invited for the meeting.

In a letter inviting the leaders of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Parliamentary Party of all parties for the all-party meeting, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi urged them to cooperate for the smooth running of the winter session of the Parliament on December 6. Has been invited for the all-party meeting to be held at 11 am.

It is being told that in this all-party meeting, the legislative work to be done during the winter session of Parliament and other important issues of the session will be discussed. The legislative agenda will be informed by the government in the meeting, while the opposition parties will also present their respective issues in the meeting on which they would like to be discussed.

This time the winter session of Parliament is going to start from December 7 and it is likely to continue till December 29. There will be 17 sittings of the House during the 23 days of the session.
