City folk increasingly feeling the pain of depression and suicidal tendencies

Lucknow: The capital Lucknow is one of the most developed cities of Uttar Pradesh. But these days the capital is facing a dangerous situation. There is one face of the happy population of the city, but now a new face is developing, of the lives living in financial constraints and troubles. Due to this new face, the cases of depression in the capital are increasing day by day. Due to this the graph of suicides is also increasing.

13 suicides in a week

In the last one week, 13 suicide cases have been registered in different police stations in the city. Of these, the maximum three cases have been registered in Banthra. Apart from this, two cases have been registered in Hasanganj, two in Thakurganj, two in Gomtinagar. Recently, in a love affair, a loving couple committed suicide by jumping in front of the train. At the same time, only three cases of suicide came to light in the city.

The city’s well-known psychiatrist Dr. Ajay Singh Rajput told the media that the biggest reason for depression is hypertension. Family disputes, financial problems, love affairs, drug addiction etc. are one of the major causes of hypertension.

Because of this most people attempt suicide. Some initial behavioral symptoms are seen in such a person, such as anxiety, irritability, loneliness etc. Recognizing these symptoms can prevent a person from committing suicide.
