City of Joy proves lucky for U.P. on Investment Front

Kolkata: Through the UP Global Investors Summit 2023, the entrepreneurs of West Bengal will also contribute in the efforts of the Yogi Government to make Uttar Pradesh the growth engine of New India. In the Kolkata Road Show organized at The Oberoi Grand Hotel in Kolkata, West Bengal entrepreneurs signed 14 MoUs for an investment proposal of about Rs 7000 crores, putting a stamp on the economic policies of the Yogi government.

14 thousand new employment opportunities will be created

It is being said that about 14,000 new employment opportunities will be created after the signing of these MoUs. During the road show organized at The Oberoi Grand Hotel, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, while discussing the investment friendly policies of the Yogi government, invited industrialists to invest in the state. On this occasion, industrialists also saw the video message of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

At the same time, Minister Anil Rajbhar said that UP’s policy and environment is the best, so we are inviting all of you to the big market. Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh, Minister of State for IT Ajit Singh Pal, Additional Chief Secretary (Agriculture) Manoj Singh, Principal Secretary Tourism Mukesh Meshram, UPCIDA CEO Mayur Maheshwari, MSME Secretary Pranjal Yadav were also present on the occasion.

MoU signed with these companies

According to the information, Tata Steel Down Stream Products signed an MoU of 250 crores. At the same time, Haldiram Bhujia 500 crores, Anmol Feeds 50 crores for fish farming, Greentech Environment Private Limited 2000 crores, Allenberry (Medical Gas) 200 crores, Shyam Metallics 630 crores, Eastern Equipment ENT 25 crores, Textile Lux Industry Limited 50 Crore, Captain Steel 1650 Crore, SKM Group 200 Crore, SRMB Steel Manufacturing 250 Crore, Infinity Infotech Park 400 Crore, Bala Ji Wafers 500 Crore for food processing, Meghdootam Travels 150 Crore Signed MoUs.

About 14,000 new employment opportunities will be created in the state with the investment agreements signed with the companies of West Bengal. This has also been clarified in the agreements signed with the companies. Tata Steel downstream products will provide employment opportunities to 300 people.

Wherein, Haldiram Bhujia Wala Group will provide employment to 1500 youths, Anmol Feeds 200 people, Greentech Environment Private Limited to 5000 youths. Similarly, Allenberry (Medical Gas) 200 people, Shyam Metallics 720, Eastern Equipment ENT 50, Lux Industry Limited 500, Captain Steel 1800, SKM Group 1700, SRMB talked about providing employment to 750 youths. Is. Infinity Infotech Park 500, Balaji Wafers 1500 and Meghdootam Travels will provide employment to 5000 youth.
