CM Yogi condoles sad demise of Bollywood veteran Satish Kaushik
Lucknow: UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also expressed grief over the death of filmmaker and actor Satish Kaushak. On Thursday, he tweeted- ‘The demise of eminent actor and film director Satish Kaushik is extremely sad and an irreparable loss to the film industry. May Lord Shri Ram give place to the departed soul in his holy feet and give strength to the bereaved family members and his fans to bear this immense sorrow. Om Shanti!’
Satish Kaushik was very excited about the film city to be made in Noida. He believed that the policies of the UP government are going to promote film production. This will also increase employment. If the government works with a strong will, then film production can be made a major business of UP.
Had shot his film in Sitapur
Satish Kaushik also participated in the ground breaking ceremony held in UP. He believed that UP has everything for films. All the talent is there, including writers, artists and musicians. There is just a need to make a film city where people can get technical facilities related to production.
Satish Kaushik had shot one of his films in Sitapur district. He had said that during the shooting he got full cooperation from the government and the administration. The film making environment in UP is very good.
