Chitrakoot: CM Yogi today has started a ‘Massive Tree Plantation Program’ from Chitrakoot district. A target of planting 35 crore saplings across the state has been set in the ‘Massive Tree Plantation Programme’ under the ‘Plantation People’s Andolan-2022’.
At the same time he gave out a message to make it a mass movement across the state. 25 crore saplings are to be planted in Uttar Pradesh. For the Chief Minister’s visit to Chitrakoot, vigorous preparations were done in Sehrin village. Where along with RK Singh Patel, Chitrakoot DM Shubhrant Kumar Shukla also took stock of the preparations and also gave guidelines regarding all the preparations.
After the formation of Yogi Sarkar 2.0 in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is on a visit to Chitrakoot on 5th July for the first time. In Chitrakoot, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath started tree plantation mass movement in the state by planting saplings in a massive tree plantation program.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed a public meeting by planting saplings under the massive tree plantation program being run by the Forest Department across the state. On July 5, 25 crore saplings will be planted in the entire state.
About 69 lakh saplings will be planted in the district
Where the Chief Minister will plant saplings, 10 thousand saplings will be planted by the same administration and about 69 lakh saplings will be planted in the district. The district administration was busy preparing for the Chief Minister’s program in full swing.
