CMS Aliganj event sends out a message for all to respect elders
Lucknow: City Montessori School, Aliganj (Second Campus) organized a grand celebration of Annual Parents and Grandparents Day at CMS. Held at Kanpur Road Auditorium. On this occasion, seeing the versatile and child-friendly talent of the little students, their parents as well as grandparents were overjoyed.
The ceremony was inaugurated by CMS. Founder and renowned educationist Dr. Jagdish Gandhi who lit the lamp. In his address on this occasion, Dr. Gandhi said that the atmosphere of unity in the family is the cause of social unity, in such a situation it is necessary that our future generation understands the importance of joint family and elders and learns to respect them.
Dr. Gandhi said that CMS is committed to the overall development of children by imparting humanity along with bookish knowledge and today’s program is the embodiment of these ideas.
The function started with the school prayer and welcome song presented by the school students. On this occasion, various spectacular presentations based on parents, grandparents by the school students forced the audience present to applaud.
Various programs like Sarva Dharma Prayer, World Unity Prayer, Welcome Dance, Folk Songs, Yoga etc. were greatly enjoyed by the audience.
The unique presentation of ‘World Parliament’ presented by the students was also appreciated by everyone. On this occasion CMS Principal of Aliganj (Second Campus), Samvida Adhikari said that our endeavor is to provide purposeful education to the students and their all-round development in a loving environment. He expressed heartfelt thanks to the parents for their immense support in this function.
