Colourful Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti celebrations scheduled from September 24 in city
Lucknow: Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti celebrations on behalf of Shri Agrawal Sabha Lucknow will be celebrated with pomp in the capital from September 24.
Various programs will be organized in this three-day jubilee celebrations. Children’s competition and cultural programs will be held. President of the organization Rajendra Prasad Garg, Minister Suresh Kanchal, Treasurer Nilesh Agarwal Tata, Convenor Deepak Aggarwal said that the function will start with a painting competition on Saturday, 24 September at Maharaja Agrasen Public School in Jankipuram in two groups.
Greenery will be the theme of the students of 5 to 8 years. In the second group, the students of 9 to 14 years of age and girl students will be on the topic Jai Jawan Jai Kisan.
In the next sequence of celebrations, a cricket competition will be organized on the second day on Sunday, 25 September. This competition will be held at Agarwal Education Institute campus Moti Nagar from 9:30 am.
In the next sequence, the birth anniversary celebrations of Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti will be celebrated in Motinagar on 26 September. After the worship of Agrasen Maharaj and the Havan program in the morning, cultural programs and prize distribution will be held in the evening.
Media Incharge & Treasurer Nilesh Agarwal Tata told that during this program, honor of former presidents, Garba dance performance by St. Joseph’s School Bajaj Group, presentation of Maharaja Agrasen Public School Moti Nagar.
He informed that ramp walk and fashion show competition will be organized by the married Agarwal women of 25 to 40 years and a fancy dress show will be organized by the Agarwal children of 10 to 15 years.
