Connecting with the Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya now just a click away

Lucknow: Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya launched the e-complain portal/website on Tuesday at his residence 7-Kalidas Marg with the aim of getting the information related to redressal of public problems in the mobiles of the people sitting at home.

Deputy Chief Minister  Keshav Prasad Maurya said that every day godlike people from remote districts of the state come to the capital with their grievances and problems and every Monday at his camp office, giving special preference to all the people who come to the Janta Darshan program and the problems of differently-abled senior citizens and women.

Everyone’s problems and complaints are heard. After taking proper action on all the received cases, they are sent to the concerned departments for disposal. A letter related to this is sent to the complainant, which takes some time to reach. This e-complaint portal has been created to reduce this time further.

E-complaint website (https://complaint.keshavprasadmaurya.com) Strengthening the resolve of Hon’ble Prime Minister of Digital India, this arrangement has been made to get the solutions of the problems of the people sitting at home in their mobiles. Through this it will become easier to solve the problems of the general public. With this, the public will not have to run to Lucknow again and again and the solution of the problem will be found sitting at home.
Through this portal/website the information of complaints will be available on the person’s mobile.

The complainants will be able to see the status of their complaints on Keshav Prasad Maurya App and this website and get information. After all the complaints received in the Deputy Chief Minister’s Office, after proper departmental action, their progress report is put on this portal, so that a message will be sent to the complainant. Goes to mobile. With this, the public will not have to run to Lucknow again and again, the solution will be found sitting at home. Along with this, the action taken by the Deputy Chief Minister’s office can be obtained by meeting the district officials.

How to get the information of your complaints in the e-grievance website: • After registering the problem on this portal, the resolution process is done by the Deputy Chief Minister’s Office, which is informed by a message on the complainant’s mobile number. In that message the complainant application number and current status information will be there and there will be a link.

By clicking on that link, the complainant will go to this portal/website, where the complainant will have to fill the same mobile number which he had written in the complaint letter. After filling that mobile number and submitting it, then an OTP will come on the mobile, which will be filled in information about the status of the complaint. Apart from this, you can also know the status of your complaint by downloading the Keshav Prasad Maurya App.
