Dandiya Night was organized at IILM Academy of Higher Learning

Lucknow: “Dandiya Night” was organized in the institute premises  at IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow, Gomti Nagar with the objective of raising funds for social service activities. There was great enthusiasm among the students towards the programme. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Nayla Rushdie, Director of the institute with the lighting of the lamp.

The purpose of this program is to provide students with an opportunity to enjoy the festive season, as well as to teach them to organize such programs from beginning to end and to make them aware and motivated towards social service.

It had over 300 participants including IILM faculty, staff members, alumni and current students.

To enhance the beauty of the program, students had gathered in the institute campus in various traditional clothes. As the evening turned into night, the enthusiasm of the students was skyrocketing. The students danced fiercely to every tune of Dandiya. This continued till late night.

At the end of the program, Chief Convener Prof. Fawad Ali Khan expressed his gratitude to all.
