Delegation hands over letter of support to Governor Anandiben Patel a day ahead of Yogi swearing in

Lucknow: A letter of support of the MLAs was presented at the Raj Bhavan on behalf of the BJP for the formation of a new government in the state. In the letter, information has been given to Yogi to be elected as the leader. Talking to the media after leaving the Raj Bhavan, BJP leader Suresh Khanna said that the letter of support of the MLAs has been handed over to the Governor at Raj Bhavan.

Along with this, he said that the caretaker Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will present the list of ministers after some time. He will meet the Governor in this regard. He declined to name the ministers. He said that he is a soldier of BJP and will discharge the responsibility which will be given to him. After reaching the Raj Bhavan after Yogi Adityanath was elected leader in the legislature party meeting, senior BJP leaders handed over the letter of support of 273 MLAs to Governor Anandiben Patel.

Keshav Prasad Maurya, Raghuvardas Prasad, Dinesh Sharma and Suresh Khanna were present during this. BJP MLA Suresh Khanna said, “Honorable Chief Minister will come after 1 hour and you will get all the answers from him.” My role will be decided by the party leadership. Whatever role he gives us, we will play it.
