Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya interacts with people on visit to Hamirpur
Lucknow/ Hamirpur: The Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, attended the program organized at Shri Vidya Mandir Inter College under his tour program of Hamirpur district and listened to the speech of Prime Minister in Mann Ki Baat of Hon’ble Prime Minister.
Thereafter, he inspected the Gaushala of Hamirpur Municipality located in Surajpur and observed the various arrangements of the Gaushala. On this occasion, he fed jaggery etc. to the cows and got information about the availability of fodder water etc. there. He said that along with straw, the work of planting Napier grass should be done in the Gochar land to give green fodder to Anna cows. On this occasion, he interacted with the local people and also took feedback about various arrangements.
After that the Deputy Chief Minister visited the exhibition of the Development Department put up in the Collectorate premises. On this occasion, Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Yojana, Balni Milk Producer Group, One GP One BC, Jai Mai Masala Self Help Group, Public Information Board Manufacturing Unit, LED Bulb Manufacturing Unit, Slippers Manufacturing Unit, Handloom Products, Women Farmers under Startup Village Entrepreneur Program Empowerment Scheme, Chief Minister Housing Scheme Urban and Rural, Jal Jeevan Mission, Panchayati Raj Department, Basic Education Department, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Girwar Dham Self Help Group, Forest District One Product, Milk Development Department, Labor Department, He visited the stalls put up by the Department of Fisheries, Mati Kala and Khadi, Village Industries Department, Women Welfare and Probation Department and Social Welfare Department etc.
On this occasion, he made available the keys of houses to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, urban and rural, and provided a demo check of Rs 07 crore 53 lakh 61 thousand 500 to self-help groups under Community Investment Assistance Fund and Cash Credit Limit. Apart from this, he distributed certificates / acceptance letters etc. to the beneficiaries of other schemes.
On this occasion, he had Bundeli food in traditional earthen pots while sitting on a round platform with farmer leader Balram Dadi.
Thereafter, the Deputy Chief Minister planted a Maulshree tree in the Moulshree forest in the Collectorate premises. He administered Annaprashan to six-month-old children and gave birth to pregnant women. He appreciated the Rangoli made in the Collectorate premises.
