Dining out with Chef Shehnawaz Qureshi for a unique Awadhi flavour

If you want to relive taste and grandeur of Shaam – e – Awadh then the Garden Grille and Bar at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow is giving everyone a golden opportunity to savour one’s taste buds with Master Chef, Shehnawaz Qureshi. A proud torchbearer of the Qureshi legacy he brings to the table a fine foodie experience unlike any other. The food festival is an attempt to bring back the food experience like the pre lockdown times with all safety checks in place. It is in many ways a celebration of the Awadhi charm that has made what Lucknow is today. Among the many delicacies on offer are Makhmali Paneer, Rumali Tikka, Mushroom Karare and Rajma ki Galawati. A wide range of non vegetarian food items are Galawati kebab, Kakori Kebab, Murgh Ke Parchey among others. The festive buffet will be open between 7 to 11 pm and is slated to go on between 31st Oct to November 28.
