District Magistrate Bareilly holds  a review meeting to review prosecution works related to gangsters

Bareilly: The District Magistrate  Shivakant Dwivedi held a review meeting  in the Collectorate Auditorium to review the prosecution works related to gangsters. In the meeting, the prosecution works related to the Gangster Act from April to September 2022 were reviewed, as well as the actions taken by the police and administration under Section 14 (A) Gangster Act to attach the properties of gangstered criminals in the district in these 6 months. was also reviewed.

While giving directions, the District Magistrate said that all the discussions related to the Gang Bandh Act should be completed in time. All the investigations should be compulsorily completed within six months. Proceedings under section 14(a) should be expedited. Senior Superintendent of Police  Akhilesh Kumar Chaurasia, Joint Director of Prosecution Mr. Awadhesh Pandey, Senior Prosecution Officer Mr. Rudrendra Srivastava, Additional District Magistrate Dr. RD Pandey, Special Public Prosecutor Gangster Act Mr. Achal Kumar Saxena along with police administration and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
