Efforts on to turn Lucknow into a top class industrial district
Lucknow: A unique initiative is being taken towards making Lucknow an industrial district. In which the District Magistrate Surya Pal Gangwar had a dialogue with the bankers in the past while encouraging the people associated with the industry and business. Along with this, its role was prepared by the District Magistrate and Chief Development Officer himself by visiting the villages and he was updated in this regard after meeting with Additional Chief Secretary MSME and Information Navneet Sehgal.
To achieve the target, the Additional Chief Secretary held a meeting with the team of E&Y (E&Y) and high officials of banking and other departmental officers and gave directions regarding the implementation of the scheme. The objective in this is that in each village an average of 15 units or manufacturing industries / small and big factories should be established. Gathering the government plans for this, the District Magistrate said that the target of the next 6 months has been set to set up about 10000 units.
