Event celebrates hard work of crime control heroes

Lucknow: The anniversary celebrations of the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Crime Committee, Lucknow was held under  the joint aegis of Uttar Pradesh Crime Prevention Committee, Lucknow, Arya Kanya PG College, Muthiganj, on the occasion of the annual function of the committee. An event was also held recalling  Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri  to honor the volunteers who did excellent work in the committee.

The program was presided over by  RS Verma IAS (Former Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh), Chief Guest was Prem Prakash (Additional Director General of Police Prayagraj Zone, Special Guest  Kavindra Pratap Singh (Former Inspector General of Police Prayagraj Zone),  Pankaj Jaiswal Chairperson Arya Kanya. PG College,  Alok Tiwari (Senior Spokesperson Diet Prayagraj).

The ceremony started with the lighting of the lamp by the guests by garlanding Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Appreciating the committee, the Additional Director General of Police gave thanks and also told that the crime prevention committee is making its invaluable contribution in supporting the team of Prayagraj police administration.

During this, ADG sang devotional songs and all the guests and members happily listened and repeated the song. Special guest Kavinder Pratap Singh, while welcoming the ADG  Prem Prakash and the guests on stage, gave special thanks to Secretary Santosh Shrivastava for organizing such a big program together and congratulated all the members.
