Everyone should be aware of health: District Magistrate Prayagraj
Prayagraj: With the joint effort of Medanta and United Medicity, District Magistrate Sanjay Kumar Khatri, senior member of UP Kinnar Welfare Board and state president of Kinnar Akhada Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kaushalyanand Giri and United Medicity director Dr Pramod Kumar visited the collectorate at Sangam.
They inaugurated by cutting lace in the auditorium on Sunday. The organizer of the program, Akshay Singh said that the purpose of organizing this free camp was to make people aware of health. He said that a similar free health camp is going to be organized for the development department and other departments including police personnel at Police Line and Vikas Bhawan very soon.
On this occasion, the District Magistrate has expressed interest in organizing such camps in future also. He made everyone aware to be conscious about their health. He added that on one hand people’s daily routine is busy, on the other hand the ill effects of food and global warming are also falling on people’s body. He has asked everyone to get their health check-up done from time to time and keep consulting doctors. On this occasion, the District Magistrate also got his health check-up done. Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kaushalyanand Giri, senior member of UP Kinnar Welfare Board and President of Kinnar Akhada, UP also got the health check-up done and motivated more and more people to keep consulting doctors by getting them tested in free health camps. Appreciating the event, he thanked the organisers. During this, 280 officers, employees and soldiers were consulted on health tests. The doctors did other tests including BP, ECG, sugar test, heart disease, gastro and respiratory diseases.
On this occasion, planner Akshay Singh, Medanta, United’s cardiologist Dr. Arshdeep Kaur, Dr. Vikas, United’s GM Manish Yadav, Narendra Kumar Dwivedi, senior member of UP Kinnar Welfare Board and state president of Kinnar Akhada Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kaushalyanand Giri Maharaj, Teacher leaders Dr. Hariprakash Yadav, Dr. Shailesh Kumar Pandey, social worker Rajiv Mishra and Mrs. Shikha Khanna were present among others.
