Festivities at Raj Bhawan mark India’s 74th Republic Day

Lucknow: The Governor of Uttar Pradesh  Anandiben Patel hoisted the national flag at the Raj Bhavan on the occasion of 74th Republic Day and congratulated all the officers, employees and security personnel of the Raj Bhavan present on the occasion. especially encouraged.

After hoisting the flag at the Raj Bhavan, the Governor hoisted the flag at Vidhan Bhavan, took the salute of the Republic Day parade and observed the parade. She observed various panoramic tableaux on the occasion. These tableaux were taken out by various departments and schools of the state.

In the parade, march past was done by army, police, PAC, home guards, NCC cadets, students of various schools. Local artists of the state also gave group dance and other presentations. A large number of common people including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, other cabinet members, local MPs, MLAs, senior administrative, police and army officers were also present on the occasion.
