Flagship restaurant of Barbeque Nation Riverside Mall Lucknow reopens with trendy interiors
Lucknow: Barbeque Nation has re-launched the revamped restaurant of Riverside Mall amidst much fanfare. One of the most famous and oldest restaurants in Lucknow, the Riverside Mall restaurant now sports revamped interiors that are more spacious- spread over more than 5,500 sq ft, with a capacity to seat more than 100 people at a time. The swanky interiors have been done up to attract the young crowd, and hence, the ambience is very spirited. Situated on the banks of River Gomti, the Riverside Mall restaurant has become a torchbearer in the city of Lucknow. Barbeque Nation now has a total of 4 restaurants in the city.
Dr. Priyanka Singh, Creative Minds organization that works for the welfare of special children and a few children from the NGO relaunched this restaurant.
Ankit Purohit, Regional Marketing Head, Barbeque Nation said that the newly-launched Riverside Mall restaurant offers an amazing spread of succulent kebabs, a wide variety of Indian vegetarian fare, and a range of delicious Continental desserts to cater to every taste bud.
The vast buffet spread is curated to captivate the young crowd. The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation sees a plethora of dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian spreads, he added.
For starters, the non-vegetarians can indulge in the famous MEXICAN CHILLI GARLIC FISH, HOT GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS, TANDOORI TANGDI, CAJUN SEEKH KEBAB, COASTAL BARBEQUE PRAWNS and much more, while vegetarians can feast into the mouth-watering KUTI MIRCH KA PANEER TIKKA, WOK TOSSED SEEKH KEBAB, SHABNAM KE MOTI MUSHROOM, POORI KEBAB, HONEY SESAME CINAMON PINEAPPLE among others. The main course section for non-vegetarians includes CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI, RAJASTHANI LAAL MAAS, DUM KA MURGH while vegetarians can indulge in PANEER BUTTER MASALA, METHI MATAR MALAI, DAL-E-DUM, VEG DUM BIRYANI. The live counters Where we get a variety of non veg/veg options like, CHILLIED CRISPY PURI, PALAK CHAAT, MARGHARITA PIZZA, KEEMA PAV & CHICKEN SHEEK. The dessert section comprises CHOCOLATE BROWNIE, RED VELVET PASTRIES to ANGOORI GULAB JAMUN, KERSARI PHIRNEE and more. The wide range of Kulfis at the restaurant will leave the guests salivating, where they can twist the kulfi by mixing various flavours into one and creating diverse combinations.
