Mumbai/ New Delhi: Realme entered the tablet market last year with the launch of the Realme Pad. The budget tablet was launched in India under Rs 20,000 and came in multiple connectivity and storage options. The new Android tablet from Realme is a watered-down version of the original Pad that was launched last year.

MySmartPrice has found a list of tablets on the company’s India website. The spare parts page on the Realme India website shows the options for the Pad Mini. Both the variants, WiFi-only and LTE options will debut in the country. Considering that the Pad Mini is a trimmed-down version of the original Realme tablet, we can expect it to launch at an even cheaper price.
Realme Pad price in India starts from Rs.13,999 for the base model with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The tablet also comes in 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB LTE options, priced at Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999.
The budget Realme tablet comes with an 8.7-inch LCD with an HD resolution of 1340×800 pixels. Its screen-to-body ratio is 84.59 percent. The budget Android tablet is equipped with Unisoc T616 SoC processor and packs up to 4GB of RAM. In the Philippines, the company has launched its tablet with 64GB internal storage.
It is speculated that the Indian variant will also be launched in this storage option. There is support for expanding the storage up to 1TB via microSD card. There is a single 8MP camera on the back side of the Reality Pad Mini.
There is a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Realme’s budget tablet comes with Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 on the box. It comes with dual speakers. The tablet is 7.6 mm thick and weighs around 372 grams.
