Forces, drones to keep track of nuisance mongers in Holi season
Lucknow: Police is continuously patrolling sensitive areas with para military forces ahead of Holi and Shab-e-Barat in Lucknow. In old Lucknow, 650 local police personnel have been deployed for the security of five Holi processions . They will be posted on duty with PAC and para military forces. Along with this, along with installation of 70 CCTVs on the procession route, drone monitoring will also be done.
55 police pickets will be deployed, QRT also made
Due to Holi in old Lucknow, three processions will be taken out on March 7 and two processions on March 8. For this, the entire area has been divided into sectors. In which 13 SHOs will monitor with their team. Along with this, QRT has also been made to deal with emergency.
While one ADCP and four ACPs will keep an eye on the entire area. To ensure that there is no lapse in security, more than 70 CC cameras were installed on the procession route. Will be taken out on March 7 and 8.
Police officers patrolled on foot in sensitive areas
Holika Dahan and Shab-e-Barat on Tuesday is the same day. Regarding this, on Sunday evening in Old Lucknow, DCP West H Channappa, ADCP Chiranjeev Nath Sinha, ACP Chowk IP Singh patrolled sensitive areas along with police force, paramilitary and PRVs of several police stations. JCP Law and Order Piyush Mordiya told that during this period special monitoring will be done on hoodlums with drones.
