Lucknow: As per instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, an amount of Rs. 7 crore 52 lakh 95 thousand has been released by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the ongoing works of 12 link roads under NABARD funded RIDF scheme.
A necessary mandate in this regard has been issued by the Public Works Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
In the issued mandate, the Head of the Department has been directed, it should be ensured that this amount should be spent only on the prescribed projects according to the standards and traders, it will not be used for any other purpose. That the progress of quality construction of roads under NABARD scheme should be regularly reviewed and completed within the stipulated time and review reports should be made available regularly.
The mandate pertains to 12 routes.
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has instructed the concerned officers that these projects should be completed within the stipulated time limit and the works should be continuously monitored, the quality of the work should be completed. He has also directed that the guidelines given in the mandate should be followed in letter and the amount should be spent on these projects by the department while ensuring compliance with the conditions of NABARD and the utilization certificates should be made available on time on the prescribed format.
